Why pilgrims get stuck

The Nusuk platform is official, free — and unforgiving about details. These are the four walls people hit most often.

The 200×200-pixel photo trap

Wrong size, off-white background, or a file over 18KB — the single most common rejection. We fix it in minutes with NusukPhotos.

The app can’t verify your details

Usually your visa data hasn’t synced yet, or the wrong verification number was used. We know the wait times and the workarounds.

OTP codes that never arrive

Verification codes land in spam, arrive late, or expire — and every login needs a fresh one. We get you through the loop calmly.

Windows that close in seconds

Rawdah seats and Hajj package windows vanish fast. We prepare everything in advance so you’re ready the moment they open.

How it works

One calm hour, start to finish

No forms disappearing into a void. You book a time, we meet, and we don’t hang up until you’re ready.

  1. Book a time that suits you

Pick a slot on the booking page — every time is shown in your own timezone, evenings and weekends included.

  2. Meet on a video call

Join from a phone or computer. Sessions are held in English, Norwegian or Urdu — bring your passport and travel details.

  3. Register together, step by step

We guide, you type. Your email, your password, your account — we never store credentials and nothing is recorded.

  4. Walk away Nusuk-ready

Account verified, profile complete, photo approved — plus written next steps for package windows or Rawdah bookings.

Our promise

Built on amanah — the duty of trust

Helping someone toward Hajj or Umrah is a responsibility we take seriously. That shapes how this service works, down to the smallest detail.

  • Your credentials stay yours. We guide, you type — screen-share only with your consent, and no recordings, ever.
  • Honest pricing. $75 flat, agreed before we meet. No upsells on the call.
  • Honest scope. Registering on Nusuk is free — you’re paying for our time and expertise. If you don’t need us, we’ll tell you.
  • Refund promise. If we can’t complete the session with you, you get your money back.
  • Private by default. Anything you share is handled under our privacy policy and deleted when it’s no longer needed.

Questions

Asked before booking

Is this the official Nusuk website?

No. Nusuk Services is an independent assistance service and has no connection to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The official platform is nusuk.sa (and hajj.nusuk.sa for Hajj registration) — and creating an account there is free. What we sell is our time: a live, one-to-one session where an expert walks you through every step.

Do you need my email password?

Never. You create your own accounts and type your own passwords — we guide you on a live video call and, only if you ask, drive via screen share while you watch. We don’t store credentials, we don’t keep copies, and nothing is recorded.

What does the $75 cover?

One live session (usually 45–60 minutes) where we complete your Nusuk registration together: account creation, email verification, profile, passport upload and a compliant photo. It includes a photo compliance check, and written next steps after the call. If we can’t complete the session with you, you get a full refund.

Which countries do you help pilgrims from?

Anywhere. Sessions are booked in your own timezone, and we regularly help pilgrims across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia — including families registering elderly parents. Sessions are held in English, Norwegian or Urdu.

What if my problem can’t be fixed on the call?

Some things only the Saudi authorities can decide — visa approvals, Hajj selection, slot availability. We’re upfront about that before you pay. If your registration can’t be completed because of something on our side, or the session doesn’t happen, you get your money back.
